Pulse Trader ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Account Data

When you create an account, we collect your email address. We use this to authenticate you, deliver license keys, and send transactional emails (receipts, license changes).

Machine Fingerprint

When you activate a license, the Software generates a hardware fingerprint (CPU ID, disk serial, hostname hash) and sends it to our server. This is used solely to enforce the 2-machine license limit. The fingerprint is a one-way hash and cannot be used to identify your hardware.

Telemetry (Opt-In)

If you opt in to telemetry, the Software periodically sends anonymized performance metrics: trade count, win rate, strategy usage, error logs, and engine uptime. This helps us improve the product. Telemetry never includes your Binance API keys, account balances, specific trade amounts, or IP address.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and payment history for billing purposes.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Binance API keys (stored locally on your machine only)
  • Your Binance account balance or trade history
  • Personal identification documents
  • IP addresses (not logged by our API)

3. Data Retention

Telemetry data is retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Machine fingerprints are deleted when you deactivate a machine or cancel your subscription.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Cloudflare for hosting and CDN (our API runs on Cloudflare Workers)

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for telemetry at any time

To exercise these rights, use the "Delete Telemetry Data" button in your account page or email privacy@pulsetrade.io.

6. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies for authentication (session token). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

7. Children

Pulse Trader is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
