Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Pulse Trader for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked. Email support@pulsetrade.io with your account email and we will process the refund within 5 business days.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime from your account page
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle (except within the 14-day guarantee period)
Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Prorated refund within 30 days of purchase (we refund the unused months minus the monthly rate difference)
- After 30 days, you may cancel but the remaining balance is non-refundable. Your license remains active until the annual period ends.
Capital Cap Changes
If you downgrade your capital cap, the new lower fee takes effect at the next billing cycle. If you upgrade, the difference is charged immediately and prorated for the remaining days in the current cycle.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- License key abuse (sharing with others, circumventing machine limits)
- Trading losses (the Software does not guarantee profits)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
Email support@pulsetrade.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process refunds within 5 business days.
